Very minor fixes - Skills don't miss when targeting yourself anymore. - Adjusted Blind status hit% change. - Wait command advances thrice as fast all altered states, this should give extra utility, especially at start of game. - Hopefully achievements are working again now.

Hi, Captain to the speak! An issue has been resolved, thanks to the community for alerting of its existence. Fix: Under specific situations, some animation graphics fail to be disposed and crash the game. That's about it for now, see ya soon space cowboy!
