Minor corrections and improvements
Fixed various minor bugs. Added an indicator on the planet to show the location of different raw materials. Improved the updating of buildings on the planet when they are moved or in case of a problem. Fixed the planetary resource generation system; note that the composition of some tiles may have changed.
